No, Digitizing is our only business. We do not compete with our customers for embroidery work. Whether you live across town or in another country, you do not have to worry about us calling on your customers or using your designs for our own purposes.

Do you resell designs?

No. We will never resell a design that has been digitized for a customer — ever. If another customer requests a design that has been previously digitized, we punch it as a new logo.

Do you digitize for HOME EMBROIDERY machines?  Yes!
 

What is QUALITY embroidery and how is it produced?

We believe that quality embroidery starts with quality digitizing. Digitized designs, whether for a small home machine or for multi-head equipment should be production friendly. A design that is digitized for production will have as few jumps and color changes as possible, while maintaining perfect registration. Designs should have dimension and be as realistic as possible while maintaining low stitch counts. These criteria combined with proper hooping and sewing techniques will produce the highest quality finished product.

Will the Wicked Stitch employees help me with my sewing related questions?

We want our customers to be successful. We can answer questions related to business operations, sources of materials or garments and sewing. If we do not know the answer to your question, we will find someone who does and direct you to the appropriate source.

What is FREE at the Wicked Stitch of the East, Inc?

Our expertise. We provide invaluable design consultations, free of charge. We will discuss each design that you send to us before we digitize. We will tell you, based on our experience, what will and will not work in embroidery. We will suggest design changes that can cut down on stitch counts and save you valuable production time.
